Article 1 - Designation of the seller

5.3 Compliance

5.4 Availability

The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks.

Article 8 - Delivery

8.1 Delivery costs

Delivery costs are explicitly specified on the www.pureality-paris.com website. The amount of delivery costs may vary depending on the delivery address of the order.


8.2 Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen by the Customer, and is indicated on the site at the time of the order.

The delivery times for an order include its preparation, shipping and delivery to the delivery address indicated by the Customer.


8.3 Product compliance

The Customer undertakes to verify that he has received a complete and compliant order at the time it is delivered. PURÉALITY will consider as complete and compliant any order received by the Customer against signature.


Article 9 - Return or exchange

The Customer has a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason. 

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify PURÉALITY customer service (via the website www.pureality-paris.com or by e-mail to the following address: contact@pureality-paris.com) of his decision to withdraw before the expiry of the deadline.


In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, PURÉALITY will refund the amount of his order, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that he has chosen, where applicable, a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered by PURÉALITY) no later than fourteen days from the day on which PURÉALITY is informed of its decision to withdraw.


PURÉALITY may defer reimbursement until receipt of the returned products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the products, the date chosen being that of the first of these events.

PURÉALITY will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means and this reimbursement does not incur any costs for the Customer.


When the order was accompanied by a gift offered to the Customer under conditions – for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached – and the Customer no longer meets the conditions necessary to obtain the gift because of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, the gift must be returned to PURÉALITY with the returned products and PURÉALITY may defer reimbursement until receipt of the gift or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the gift , the date used being that of the first of these events.

PURÉALITY will only refund returned products when they have actually been received and their new condition has been verified.


Article 10 - Promotional codes

Promotional codes only apply to non-discounted base prices. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with vouchers. Promotional codes can be used once per Customer account unless otherwise instructed by PURÉALITY. These codes are not refundable during an exchange.


Article 11 - Intellectual property

All the elements present on the site www.pureality-paris.com, whether visual, textual or sound, are the exclusive property of PURÉALITY, or of the holder of the intellectual property rights concerned, and are therefore protected by the intellectual property code and copyright. As such, any reproduction of the PURÉALITY brand or the website www.pureality-paris.com, partial or complete, is strictly prohibited.


Article 12 - Limitation of liability

MIROIR SAS cannot be held liable to third parties in the event of consequential damages, special damages or incidents resulting from the negligence, failure or clumsiness of the Customer, or resulting from misuse by the Customer of one of the products offered for sale on the site www.pureality-paris.com.
