These General Conditions of Sale are concluded between, on the one hand, MIROIR SAS with a capital of €1,000 registered with the RCS of Paris under the number Paris B 892 094 186, registered office located at 92 avenue Mozart 75016 Paris, and, on the other hand, any person who has made a purchase on the www.pureality-paris.com Site, hereinafter termed ‘the Customer’. All purchases on the www.pureality-paris.com Site (hereinafter termed ‘the Site’) automatically entail the acceptance of all of these conditions, which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order.
The purpose of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is to define the conditions under which Customers can access the Site and order PURÉALITY products and to detail the rights and obligations of PURÉALITY and of Customers.
The TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the relationship between PURÉALITY and its Customers. Any Customer placing an order undertakes to respect these TERMS AND CONDITIONS without reservation.
PURÉALITY reserves the right to modify its TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time.
In the event of modification of the applicable TERMS AND CONDITIONS, those conditions that were in force at the time of the order made by the Customer remain valid.
Customers who purchase on the Site declare themselves to be legally capable of committing to these general conditions of sale.
All sales prices presented on the Site are inclusive of all taxes. The price of each product is indicated in euros. The sales prices displayed do not take into account delivery and transport costs.
PURÉALITY reserves the right to modify its prices without notice, and the prices applied to the Customer correspond to those displayed on the Site at the time of the order.
Additional charges such as delivery and transport costs are indicated for acceptance before the order is validated. These costs are fixed on the order form.
PURÉALITY strives to present and describe its items as precisely and accurately as possible, and undertakes to ensure that the photographs of the products are as consistent as possible with the products that will be delivered to Customers.
PURÉALITY offers cosmetic products for sale. These products are only offered to individuals.
PURÉALITY undertakes to provide Customers with all the elements necessary for the proper use of its cosmetic products.
PURÉALITY cannot be held liable for damage caused by misuse of the various products sold on its Site.
The products sold on the www.pureality-paris.com Site comply with the requirements of French law in force relating to the safety and health of persons. They are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity set out in articles L.217-4 and following in the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects set out in articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
The products are offered for sale within the limits of stocks being available.
In the event that the products ordered are unavailable, PURÉALITY undertakes to inform the Customer immediately, and to offer him or her equivalent products or a voucher for the amount of the order.
In case of persistent disagreement with the Customer, PURÉALITY undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the amount of the order within 15 working days.
The Customer is required not to resell the products ordered on the Site without the prior agreement of PURÉALITY.
The Customer fills a virtual basket with the products he or she has selected. They can check the details of the order before validation. The Customer can then click on the ‘Order’ button and add information relating to the delivery method and payment method chosen.
The Customer will receive an email attesting to the receipt of their order by PURÉALITY.
PURÉALITY undertakes to honour orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.
PURÉALITY reserves the right to accept or not the modification of a Customer’s order after its confirmation.
PURÉALITY reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with PURÉALITY or if PURÉALITY considers that there is a risk that the Customer will not pay. PURÉALITY reserves the right to require its Customers to provide additional information if it deems it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. Where no response is received from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and the payment will be cancelled.
The order is validated once payment has been received in full by PURÉALITY.
The goods remain the full property of PURÉALITY until the total payment amount due is received from the Customer.

The www.pureality-paris.com Site has an online payment security system. The Customer’s bank details are encrypted and are not stored by PURÉALITY.
In addition, your order may be subject to 3D Secure verification. 3D Secure is a payment authentication system that guarantees optimal security when shopping online. During payment, your bank verifies the identity of the cardholder before validating the transaction. This exchange of information between you and your bank is secure. It guarantees the identity of the card user.
In the event of misuse and/or where there is suspicion of fraud, PURÉALITY reserves the right to carry out checks on orders, and to request certain documents and information concerning the Customer in order to validate the order.
The delivery charges are set out in detail on the www.pureality-paris.com Site. The amount of the delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery address of the order.
The delivery lead time depends on the delivery method chosen by the Customer and is indicated on the Site at the time of the order.
The delivery lead times for an order include its preparation, shipping and delivery to the delivery address indicated by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to verify that he or she has received a complete and correct order at the time it is delivered. PURÉALITY will consider as complete and correct any order received by the Customer where a signature is provided.
The Customer has a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
To exercise his or her right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify PURÉALITY’s customer services team (via the www.pureality-paris.com webSite or by emailing the following address: email@example.com) of their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the deadline.
In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, PURÉALITY will reimburse him or her the amount of the order, including the delivery charge (with the exception of where the additional costs arise from the fact that the Customer has chosen, where applicable, a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by PURÉALITY), at the latest fourteen days from the day on which PURÉALITY is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
PURÉALITY may defer reimbursement until receipt of the returned products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the products, the date used to be that of the first of these events.
PURÉALITY will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means and this reimbursement does not incur any costs for the Customer.
Where the order was accompanied by a gift offered to the Customer under certain conditions – for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached – and the Customer no longer meets the conditions necessary to obtain the gift because of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, the gift must be returned to PURÉALITY with the returned products and PURÉALITY may defer reimbursement until receipt of the gift or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the gift, the date used being that of the first of these facts.
The Customer must return or deliver the goods to the address indicated by the customer services team, no later than fourteen days after the Customer has communicated their decision to withdraw. This deadline is deemed to have been respected if the Customer returns the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
The Customer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
PURÉALITY advises the Customer to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. PURÉALITY will not accept any complaints without a tracking number.
Any product returned must be in its original state, allowing it to be re-offered for sale immediately.
PURÉALITY will only refund returned products when they have actually been received and their new condition has been verified.
Promotional codes only apply to non-discounted base prices. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with vouchers. Promotional codes can be used once per Customer account unless otherwise instructed by PURÉALITY. These codes are not refundable during an exchange.
All elements present on the www.pureality-paris.com Site, whether visual, textual or audio, are the exclusive property of PURÉALITY, or of the holder of the intellectual property rights concerned and are therefore protected by the intellectual property code and copyright. On this basis, any reproduction of the PURÉALITY brand or the www.pureality-paris.com Site, in part or in full, is strictly prohibited.
MIROIR SAS shall not be liable to third parties for consequential damages, special damages or incidents resulting from negligence, failure or clumsiness of the Customer, or resulting from improper use by the Customer of one of the products offered for sale on the www.pureality-paris.com Site. Concerning the access to the Site, the consultation of the latter, the order process, payment of delivery and service, the MIROIR SAS company has purely an obligation of means.
MIROIR SAS cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the Internet network, in particular any disruption of the connection or any intrusion of a computer virus.
Moreover, MIROIR SAS is exonerated from any responsibility for any fact qualified as force majeure within the meaning of the case law of the Court of Cassation. Finally, MIROIR SAS’s liability is limited to the amount of the Customer’s order.

PURÉALITY collects personal information when an Order is placed or when a personal account is created by the Customer.
In addition, personal data is collected via cookies. This type of collection is envisaged in article 14.2 below.
When placing an Order, certain personal data must be provided by the Customer and collected by PURÉALITY. This includes the Customer’s surname, first name, email address, postal address and telephone number. The same personal data is required when creating a personal account.
This personal data is subject to automated processing for the purpose of managing the Order and PURÉALITY’s customer base, as well as for commercial prospecting and for statistical purposes.
The data may be transmitted to PURÉALITY’s commercial partners who are involved in delivering the products and effecting the payment process, solely for this purpose, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.
In addition, as part of the online payment services used by PURÉALITY, these services collect certain personal data belonging to Customers on behalf of PURÉALITY.
This data is kept for the length of time necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed, namely for the completion of the Order placed by the Customer, unless:
- a longer retention period is authorized or imposed by a legal or regulatory provision;
In addition, when the Customer has created a personal account, the personal data communicated for this purpose is kept until the account is deleted, which may be requested from PURÉALITY under the conditions described below.
Subject to the Customer’s express acceptance by means of checkboxes, the Customer's email address may also be used by PURÉALITY for the purpose of registering and sending a newsletter and/or sending promotional offers.
In the event that the Customer no longer wishes to receive newsletters and/or promotional offers, they have the option of amending their choice by contacting PURÉALITY under the conditions mentioned below or by using the unsubscribe links provided in the messages.
Access to personal data is strictly limited to PURÉALITY employees authorized to process it by reason of their duties. The information collected may potentially be communicated to third parties bound to PURÉALITY by contract for the performance of subcontracted tasks necessary for the management of the Order, without the Customer’s authorization being necessary. It is specified that, in the context of the performance of their services, third parties have only limited access to the data and have a contractual obligation to use it in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. Apart from the cases listed above, PURÉALITY undertakes not to sell, rent, assign or give access to data to third parties without the Client’s prior consent, unless forced to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, countering fraud or misuse, exercising rights of defence, etc.).
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to data processing, files and freedoms and European regulation no. 2016/679 / EU of 27 April 2016, the User benefits from a right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data or even limitation of processing. The User may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning him or her.
The User may therefore demand that personal data concerning him or her that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted. The User’s personal data is also deleted when the User expressly withdraws their consent to the collection and processing of their personal data, subject to the legal obligations to which PURÉALITY is bound. The User may also, under the right to the portability of personal data, recover information concerning him or her for his or her personal use, or request that it be transferred to a third party if this is technically feasible. Each User may also oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data concerning him or her, and request the limitation of data processing.

PURÉALITY may ask the User to prove their identity, by attaching to their request any necessary documentation, in particular a copy of the individual’s identity card or passport.
PURÉALITY will implement the means at its disposal to process requests relating to Users’ personal data.
In the event of a security breach on the Site or loss of personal data relating to Users, PURÉALITY will inform them by email under the applicable legal conditions. The company will take all necessary measures, within the limits of its human, material and financial resources, to remedy the breach and ensure data security.
Users also have a right of complaint, which they can exercise with the national supervisory authority, namely the CNIL.

PURÉALITY may place cookies on the Site. These are automatic tracking mechanisms that record information relating to the User’s navigation around the Site, and that store information entered during visits to the Site in order to facilitate use of the Site.
The cookies installed by PURÉALITY are deleted from the Customer’s device after a period of 13 months.
The User may oppose their implementation and/or delete the cookies by following the procedure indicated on their browser.
On this basis, PURÉALITY collects the express consent of Users as to the use of these cookies and uses them in application of the legal provisions, including in particular the General Data Protection Regulation.
PURÉALITY uses these cookies purely for the purpose of establishing connection statistics as well as Users’ browsing histories.
Rights of access and rectification: in accordance with the ‘Informatique et Libertés’ Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. The original language in which these TERMS AND CONDITIONS are written is French and they are subject to French law, regardless of the nationality of the customer and the place of validation of the order.
Any dispute in connection with the interpretation or the execution of the present TERMS AND CONDITIONS, falls under the exclusive competence of the French judicial system governed according to the French Code of Civil Procedure.
Specifically, with regard to the provisions of article R 631-3 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the customer may select, at his choice, either one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure, or the jurisdiction of the place where he or she lived at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful event.
In the event of a dispute, only the Commercial Court of Paris will be competent.
