Article 8 - Delivery
8.1 Delivery costs

8.2 Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen by the Customer, and is indicated on the site at the time of the order.

8.3 Product compliance

Article 9 - Return or exchange
The Customer has a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

PURÉALITY will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means and this reimbursement does not incur any costs for the Customer.

Promotional codes only apply to non-discounted base prices. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with vouchers. Promotional codes can be used once per Customer account unless otherwise instructed by PURÉALITY. These codes are not refundable during an exchange.
Article 11 - Intellectual property
All the elements present on the site www.pureality-paris.com, whether visual, textual or sound, are the exclusive property of PURÉALITY, or of the holder of the intellectual property rights concerned, and are therefore protected by the intellectual property code and copyright. Article 12 - Limitation of liability
